i decided to not split up translations this time around because it would be extremely tedious for me
to have to run:
mv /home/ed/translation/ru/text.txt /srv/sm/translations/ru/
mv /home/ed/translation/chi/text.txt /srv/sm/translations/chi/

i know there are ways to do folder merging, but thats besides the point.

source of the translation files is from pak01_dir.vpk/resource/subtitles_*.txt

i only added translations for the full character menus. anything else it left regular.
