changed plugin name to hostname since it doesn't make sense for it to say "L4D2中文服务器名" when i use
it for multiple games.

also this plugin can work for other languages besides chinese (like japanese) so i also removed the
description.

to use this on your server, edit the "default hostname" of the plugin source code to the name of your
server and compile/install.
