gBox is a vanilla anarchy server that has been around for a while.

the one of many times the server was going to die for sure (real)[edit | edit source]
Sometime in Auguest 2023, the owner had said the server was going to shut down due to ISP problems (Comcast I think) and decided to do a gBox closure event by placing a counter at the top of the screen.
gBox players would gather together to enjoy the finest moments of gBox history as the counter ticked away. Only to find that the counter would hit zero and nothing happened.
Owner would then say 'all is well' (or some shit like that) and then resumed to typical gBox routine.
