Scanty (also known as Sinister Grin and Comrade STRIVER) is a clan leader whose goal was to start a nation-wide ultra mega-faction that would have dozens of people and have control over dozens of Gmod servers.
The reality is that he can barely get more than five people in his clan and his clans always fail to which he bails out by abandoning the old clan to create a new one (rebrand).
